These Terms govern your use of the mobile application "CHIRAKU" (the "App") provided by Fuji Bit Inc. ("we"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the App under these Terms. All rights to the source code, design, text, images and other content of the App belong to Fuji Bit Inc.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Copy, modify or reverse-engineer the App in unauthorized ways
- Redistribute or resell the App commercially
- Interfere with the operation of the App
- Infringe the rights or interests of other users or third parties
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or public order
3. Educational use
The simulations are simplified educational models. Do not use them for disaster preparation, earthquake forecasting, volcanic-activity assessment or evacuation planning. For real-world decisions, refer to official agencies (e.g., JMA, USGS and governmental disaster-prevention authorities).
4. Disclaimer
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of the simulations or descriptions in the App. We are not liable for any damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
5. Advertising
The App displays ads served by Pangle. We are not responsible for the content of those ads. Issues with advertisers should be addressed directly to the advertiser. See the Privacy Policy and Handling of Personal Information for how ad-related information is handled.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
The App has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. All features are free.
7. Changes and termination
We may change, add to, remove or discontinue any part of the App without prior notice.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
