These Terms govern your use of the mobile application "CHIRAKU" (the "App") provided by Fuji Bit Inc. ("we"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the App under these Terms. All rights to the source code, design, text, images, and other content of the App belong to Fuji Bit Inc.
You must not:
The simulations are simplified educational models. Do not use them for disaster preparation, earthquake forecasting, volcanic-activity assessment, or evacuation planning. For real-world decisions, refer to official agencies (e.g., JMA, USGS, governmental disaster-prevention authorities).
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the simulations or descriptions in the App. We are not liable for any damage arising from use or inability to use the App.
The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of those ads. Issues with advertisers should be addressed directly to the advertiser.
The App has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. All features are free.
We may change, add to, remove, or discontinue any part of the App without prior notice.
We may revise these Terms as needed. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
